Our Licensed Practical Nurses provide nursing support in a physician practice or clinic setting, assisting with patient assessments, preparing patients for evaluations, administering medications, maintaining work areas, documenting patient information, providing patient teaching, assisting with referrals and lab procedures. Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, one year of experience in a physician office, current LPN licensure in Virginia, and BLS-HCP certification. Other qualifications include good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in using computer systems, and excellent organizational skills.
